Sports Registration Portal

Membership Terms:

1. Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.
2. Members must carry their membership card at all times when using the facilities.
3. The membership is non-transferable.
4. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where the facility is permanently closed.

Code of Conduct:

1. Members must respect the rights of other members and staff.
2. Proper sports attire must be worn at all times.
3. Members are responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment.
4. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Memberships cannot be cancelled once activated.
2. In case of medical conditions preventing participation, a doctor's certificate must be submitted for consideration of temporary suspension.
